Megaman Legends II (PSX)

Megaman Legends II came out about a year after Megaman Legends I. The story continues after the conclusion of Legends I. The game itself is very impressive. Some who may play it will be reminded of Mystical Ninja (on the N64), however, the story in Megaman Legends II is definitely more involving. In any case, the mix of action-RPG elements similar to The Legend of Zelda - Ocarina of Time will leave most people spellbound. However, the Megaman series has mostly been known for it's immense action, and this game will not disappoint you.
You basically travel through different towns, talking to people and learning about what you're supposed to do next from them. There are various item shops where you can buy new weapons and ammunition. The guns in this game are pretty cool and the bosses are huge (and mean..). Unfortunately, the control scheme has not been improved much from the first Megaman Legends title and you're still stuck with using the L1 and R1 buttons to change the camera angle. However, the realtime rendered graphics make you forget about your control difficulties pretty soon ; ).
